Please keep the family of Ernest Renaldi in your prayers. What a devastating accident. We hope everyone injured in this accident makes a full and speedy recovery.

Based upon the reports, it is not clear what caused this accident. Police are investigating the cause of the SUV rollover crash and will determine if speed was a factor in the crash. The victims injured in this accident and the family of Ernest Renadli would be well advised to consult with a California SUV rollover accident lawyer. Sport utility vehicles often have safety problems. Ejections in SUV rollovers are common due to weak door locks and latchets, or lack of laminated safety glass. Head and neck injuries may be caused by seat back failures and weak roofs. If a defective condition in the vehicle caused or contributed to this accident and occupants' injuries or death, victims may be entitled to compensation from the vehicle's manufacturer.
