Motorcycle Accidents and Personal Injury Liability

Statistically per vehicle mile traveled, motorcyclists are about 37 times more likely than passenger car occupants to die in a crash and 9 times more likely to be injured. Motorcylists face serious risks sharing the road with other vehicles. Especially on freeways and highways, negligent drivers may not see a motorcyclist before it is too late to avoid a collision. In any situation involving where a motorcyclist is seriously injured in a collision with another vehicle, the family members of the victim would be well-advised to contact an experienced California motorcycle accident attorney as soon as possible following an accident. A skilled Orange County personal injury lawyer can help the victim understand his legal rights to compensation for medical expenses, lost earnings, and pain and suffering.
