A Tulare County pedestrian accident Monday night sent a Lindsay woman to the hospital with major injuries, the Visalia Times-Delta reported. The car vs. pedestrian accident occurred at the intersection of E Tulare Road (Avenue 232) and Homassel Avenue at 6:09 p.m. According to news reports, the pedestrian, Michelle Galvan, was crossing Tulare Road when she was struck by a Ford F-150 pickup truck driven by Ronald Jacobsma, 47.
