Auto Defects and Personal Injury Liability
Automakers have a responsibility to make safe vehicles. When manufacturing or assembly defects cause accidents that result in serious injury or death, injured drivers and passengers may be entitled to recover financial compensation for their injuries, including medical expenses, lost earnings, pain and suffering, and other damages from the manufacturer of the vehicle. If you or a loved one has been involved in an accident involving a recalled vehicle, contact a defective product lawyer to discuss the accident and your legal rights. Because auto defect claims are vigorously defended, it is important to choose an attorney who has the experience, skills and resources to get you the compensation you deserve.
