Pedestrian Accident Personal Injury Liability
It is not clear based on the limited information provided in the news report why this accident occurred, and whether the pedestrian was on the side of the road, in the middle of the road, or in a crosswalk when the collision occurred. Hopefully, the investigation by law enforcement will reveal exactly what happened and why.
