Liability Issues for Palm Spring Car Accidents
It is not evident what caused the driver to cross the opposing lanes and into oncoming traffic. However, if the police eventually determine that the driver killed in this April 19th crash was at fault, the injured victims or the family of the victims would be well-advised to contact a Palm Springs personal injury attorney. In an event where the driver responsible for the accident is killed, an experienced attorney can help the victims protect their rights by recovering the maximum compensation through their insurance, if they have one.
